At that time, there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for treatment.

In that case, while patients will be required to advance payment for treatment at the reception, upon completion of the necessary documents, we will refund the treatment costs previously borne by you upon presentation of a receipt.
○ Traffic Accidents
If you have been involved in a traffic accident, please seek prompt medical attention at a medical institution.
Even if you do not feel symptoms immediately after the accident, pain may appear after a few days.
Furthermore, if several weeks have passed since the accident, it may become difficult to prove the causal relationship with the accident, so we urge you to seek medical attention promptly.
・Treatment Expenses
If you are the victim of a traffic accident, please proceed with the procedures through the insurance company of the party at fault.
Compulsory automobile liability insurance and others may apply, allowing patients to receive medical treatment without bearing the cost.
At that time, please inform the insurance company that you will be visiting "Gotokeji Orthopedic Clinic."
Until the insurance company contacts our hospital, we kindly ask patients to temporarily advance payment for treatment expenses (payment for treatment is not required once we receive confirmation of a lump sum settlement from the insurance company).
If you wish to be refunded after advancing payment for treatment expenses, please provide us with a receipt.
・Medical Certificate (For Police Submission)
In the event of an accident, it is important to promptly seek medical attention at a medical institution such as an orthopedic clinic and obtain a medical certificate from a physician.
A medical certificate is necessary to prove personal injury accidents.
